Dear rugbies,

Maybe you know that in Saint Petersburg June is a „hot“ season because of the white nights. That is why you should book the rooms in the hotel as soon as possible. We asked the hotel administration to book 100 rooms without any pre-payment but they can hold them only till the 1st of February.

If you would like to have a good unexpensive room close to the swimming pool, please HURRY UP.

If you decide to come you can at first pre-pay the room and after that organize a team and pay the starting fee.

Hallo,

wir, eine SG aus Rostock/Stelle/Hamburg möchten gerne zum Tunier nach St. Petersburg fahren und haben bis jetzt 10 Spieler zusammen. Geplant ist Freitag von Berlin aus hin und am Mittwoch bzw. Donnerstag wieder zurück zu kommen. Nach ersten überschläglichen Rechnungen kommen dafür ca. 500€ pro Person auf die Spieler zu.

Nun also meine Frage, wer hat noch Lust sich in unsere SG einzureihen? 5 Plätze hätten wir noch frei (bis jetzt). Am besten meldet ihr Euch direkt bei mir, ich lasse Euch dann konkrete Daten zukommen. Bitte nur melden, wenn ihr tatsächlich auch mitfahrt, ein hin und her gibt es dann nicht mehr, gerade weil wir mit den Buchungen für Flug und Hotel jetzt schon recht spät sind und auch die Visamodalitäten Zeit brauchen.
